The healthy nutrition program we prepared for a 65-year-old, 168 cm, 83 kg retired male patient who applied to our polyclinic and had a history of heart attack is as follows. The patient does not have any food allergies.

 

Morning: 1 cup of light, unsweetened tea

(09.00) 1 boiled egg

1 slice of white cheese

6-7 olives

cold cuts vegetables

2 slices whole wheat bread

 

Break-1: 6-7 raw almonds

(11.00) 1 portion of fruit (1 small apple - 100gr.)

 

Lunch: 1 ladle of creamless, flourless soup (160-200 gr.)

(13.30) 4 tablespoons of vegetable meal

2 grilled meatballs

6 tablespoons bulgur pilaf

1 glass of buttermilk (200 ml.)

Lots of salad (to be consumed without adding oil and pomegranate syrup)

 

Break-2: 1 portion of fruit (12 strawberries)

(16.00) 1 tea glass of roasted chickpeas (20 gr.)

 

Dinner: 1 ladle of creamless, flourless soup (160-200 gr.)

  (19.00) 6 tablespoons of legume meal

2 tablespoons of non-skimmed yoghurt

2 slices whole wheat bread

Lots of salad (to be consumed without adding oil and pomegranate syrup)

 

Break-3: 1 portion of fruit (1 small banana)

(20.30) 1 glass of semi-skimmed milk

 

 

 

A 54-year-old female patient, 157 cm tall and 91 kilograms, was admitted to the hospital with a complaint of chest pain. A post-angiography nutrition program was created for the patient, who is a housewife. The patient has hypertension and diabetes. The patient states that he does not have any food allergies and does not eat olives.

(16.00) 1 glass of plain kefir (200 ml.)

 

Dinner: 1 ladle of creamless, flourless soup (160-200 gr.)

(19.00) 4 tablespoons meat and vegetable dish

2 cups buttermilk (400 ml.)

2 slices rye bread

Lots of salad (to be consumed without adding oil and pomegranate syrup)

 

Break-3: 1 portion of fruit (5 pieces - 100 gr. plums)

(20.30) 1 whole wheat bread without sesame

 

 

 

 

A 48-year-old male patient, 170 cm tall and weighing 80 kilograms, had a stent inserted after angiography. The patient has hyperlipidemia. The patient, who works at a desk, cannot spare much time for meals (lunch lasts 15 minutes) during working hours due to his job. He stated that the patient did not have a food allergy and did not eat eggs. The patient wakes up at 08.00 every morning and sleeps at 22.00 in the evening.

6 tablespoons whole wheat pasta

1 bowl of tzatziki

Lots of salad (to be consumed without adding oil and pomegranate syrup)

 

Snack: 1 portion of fruit

(19.00) 2 whole wheat, sesame-free breadsticks

1 glass of warm milk
