HOW DO HOME HEALTHCARE SERVICES WORK?
A registration is created by calling 444 38 33, after which an initial interview is conducted by the call center and forwarded to the Home Healthcare Service units. The patient is then given an appointment for a home examination. Our physician and Home Healthcare Services team conduct home visits to evaluate whether patients meet the criteria for home healthcare services. For patients who qualify, a registration file is created. The main goal of home healthcare services is not primarily to diagnose patients but rather to implement, monitor, and provide education regarding the treatment already prescribed for patients who have been diagnosed.Through this service, healthcare services such as routine examinations, blood tests related to the patient’s illness, catheter insertion and follow-up, wound dressing, prescribing regularly used medications for chronic conditions, and assisting with obtaining other medical supplies that may support treatment are delivered to eligible patients.
