He was born in 1986 in the Zile district of Tokat. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Istanbul. After graduating from the Computer Programming department of Avcılar Industrial and Technical Vocational High School, he went on to graduate from Gaziosmanpaşa University in Computer Technology and Programming, Yüzüncü Yıl University in Computer and Instructional Technologies Teaching, and Gelişim University in Medical Imaging Techniques. In 2011, he was Assigned to Tokat - Turhal State Hospital as a V.H.K.İ. and began working in the Purchasing department. Between 2012-2013, he worked in the Central Purchasing department of Tokat KHB General Secretariat. From April 2013 to December 2024, he worked in various departments at Istanbul Esenyurt Necmi Kadıoğlu State Hospital, including Personnel, Rotation Capital-Salaries, and Purchasing. After serving as the Information Technology Officer at the same hospital from 2014-2020, he continued as the General Coordinator of Administrative Units. As of December 2024, he is serving as the Deputy Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs at Mehmet Akif Ersoy Chest Heart and Vascular Surgery Training and Research Hospital.
He is currently continuing his studies in the Master's program in Management and Organization at Kastamonu University.
