Patient Rights: It is stated that the individuals who need to benefit from health services have the right to be human and T.C. It refers to the rights guaranteed by the Constitution, international treaties, laws and other legislation.
The Patient Rights Unit was established with the aim of preventing patient rights violations and related problems that may occur in our hospital and providing health services in accordance with patient satisfaction and in a dignified manner.
The Patient Rights Unit is the unit responsible for local practices and training, receiving, evaluating and sending complaints to healthcare facilities from health facilities in order to prevent patient rights violations.
Patient Rights Unit is located on the ground floor of the polyclinic building during weekdays.
