Since the opening of our hospital, an internal system has been established to meet the increasing expectations in the healthcare sector and to provide efficient and high-quality healthcare services in order to deliver the best possible service to our patients. Within this system, Efficiency and Quality Management has always aimed for excellence and has managed its processes by prioritizing patient and employee safety.
Our Efficiency and Quality Management System has been established in line with the standards of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye, the Healthcare Quality Standards, the Efficiency On-Site Evaluation Guide, and International Healthcare Accreditation Standards. It aims to ensure patient and employee safety at every stage of hospital processes. In order to provide a safe hospital environment for our patients, their relatives, visitors, and employees, we continuously monitor all processes within the system against potential risks. Our policy for reducing the likelihood of medical errors and preventing their recurrence in order to ensure patient safety is fully supported by our staff.
In order to ensure the uninterrupted implementation of practices published by the Ministry of Health General Directorate of Public Hospitals, Department of Efficiency and Quality Practices, and the Ministry of Health Department of Healthcare Efficiency, Quality and Accreditation; to ensure that the data to be used in the evaluation process are accurately and timely transferred to the health facility’s information management system; and to carry out and monitor all activities related to Efficiency and Quality Evaluation, statistics (such as referrals, intensive care services, deliveries, surgeries, etc.) are generated on administrative monitoring dashboards based on the data entered into the USS and TSİM systems and on information collected from the hospital outside TSİM. In this way, both supervision is ensured and ready access to data is provided when needed.
