Psychology Services at Our Hospital
At our hospital, the Psychology Outpatient Clinic provides clinical assessments and psychological testing for patients referred from Psychiatry, Neurology, Cardiology, other outpatient clinics, and various inpatient services. When needed, patients are also supported with psychotherapy services.
Additionally, patients undergoing surgery routinely receive preoperative support, adaptation guidance, and assessments from psychologists, with necessary referrals provided. Postoperatively, patients receive support for adapting to the recovery process if required. Patients are also offered services aimed at reducing risky behaviors related to heart health and maintaining healthy behaviors.
The Psychology Outpatient Clinic operates under the Chief Physician, is located on the outpatient clinic floor, and serves patients with a team of two psychologists.

Assessing patients referred by psychiatrists at neighborhood polyclinics for testing and therapy. Psychologists provide evaluations, referrals, and psychotherapy support when needed for other physician consultations as well.
Providing psychological testing and therapy services for patients visiting the health board or outpatient clinic at the Küçükçekmece Neighborhood Polyclinic on specific days of the week, based on physician referrals.
Routinely providing preoperative support, adaptation guidance, and evaluation for patients undergoing surgery. Psychologists ensure appropriate guidance and interventions, and provide services to reduce risky behaviors and promote healthy behaviors related to heart health.
Offering consultation and psychological services to postoperative and inpatient ward patients.
