Organizing committees established within the scope of Healthcare Quality Standards (SKS),
Evaluating analysis results related to departmental goals,
Managing processes related to Efficiency and Quality indicators,
Managing the self-assessment process,
Monitoring standards in line with the Hospital Efficiency On-Site Evaluation Guide,
Monitoring Healthcare Quality Standards,
Managing the corrective and preventive action process,
Managing processes related to the Safety Reporting System,
Monitoring risk management processes,
Monitoring executive dashboard tracking screens,
Organizing facility/building tours,
Planning drills,
Organizing and managing committees established within the scope of SKS,
Evaluating statistical data related to service delivery and sharing the results with senior management,
Contributing to projects to be implemented within the institution in line with relevant criteria.
