  • Conducting monthly Inpatient, Outpatient, and Emergency Patient Satisfaction Surveys,

  • Conducting the Patient Experience Survey (Home Healthcare Services) once a year,

  • Conducting the Employee Satisfaction Survey once a year,

  • Evaluating survey results and presenting them to senior management,

  • Managing document control processes,

  • Organizing committees established within the scope of Healthcare Quality Standards (SKS),

  • Evaluating analysis results related to departmental goals,

  • Managing processes related to Efficiency and Quality indicators,

  • Managing the self-assessment process,

  • Monitoring standards in line with the Hospital Efficiency On-Site Evaluation Guide,

  • Monitoring Healthcare Quality Standards,

  • Managing the corrective and preventive action process,

  • Managing processes related to the Safety Reporting System,

  • Monitoring risk management processes,

  • Monitoring executive dashboard tracking screens,

  • Organizing facility/building tours,

  • Planning drills,

  • Organizing and managing committees established within the scope of SKS,

  • Evaluating statistical data related to service delivery and sharing the results with senior management,

  • Contributing to projects to be implemented within the institution in line with relevant criteria.
