Our Self-Assessments
03.03.2026

A process-based approach has been adopted to ensure the establishment, documentation, implementation, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of our Efficiency and Quality Management System. Unit supervisors also serve as the Quality Officers of their respective departments and are responsible for the coordination and execution of duties related to the efficiency and quality system within their own units.

Through annual self-assessments and other internal audits, the proper maintenance of our Efficiency and Quality Management System and the planning of improvements are ensured. The self-assessment plan, implemented to periodically verify the compliance and effectiveness of our Efficiency and Quality Management System with planned arrangements and applicable legislation, to identify corrective actions for nonconformities, and to determine areas for improvement, is prepared by the Efficiency and Quality Management Director. After obtaining approval from senior management, the Director ensures that audits are carried out throughout the year.

Based on audit results, Corrective/Preventive Actions are initiated when necessary.
